Service Scope

NeeVPN provides international route connections through clients for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The current service covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. Actual availability, route types, and access methods are shown in the client and user panel. Connection results may vary with the network environment, carrier routing, device configuration, or external service policies.

The service is intended to improve cross-border links, access international websites, and manage subscription connections on supported platforms. NeeVPN may perform route maintenance, node changes, capacity scheduling, or client compatibility updates based on operating conditions. These adjustments do not change the basic billing rules of an active plan, though individual route names, entry points, or connection methods may change after maintenance.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, plan changes, and connection activity under their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices online at the same time and may be used on devices managed by the account holder. Account credentials, subscription information, and connection configurations may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or continuously shared with unspecified third parties. Automated bulk copying, distribution, or commercial transfer of route resources is prohibited. If public sharing or resale causes abnormal traffic, resource use, or security risks, NeeVPN may restrict the relevant connections and review the account status.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages are used according to the purchased capacity, remain available until used, and never expire. Users should confirm the plan capacity and usage method before payment. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and actual place of use, and independently confirm whether specific websites, applications, or content permit access and use. The service may not be used to infringe others' rights, distribute illegal content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, send malicious traffic, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful activity.

Users may not continuously consume abnormal resources, probe or attack third-party systems, or run automated tasks in a way that could affect other users' normal connections. Upon receiving a lawful regulatory request, judicial document, or rights-holder notice, NeeVPN will conduct a review and take necessary measures within the scope of applicable law.

Service Availability and Liability

NeeVPN manages routes and maintains its infrastructure, but cross-border network quality is also affected by local carriers, public networks, device systems, external platforms, and events beyond reasonable control. Temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream network changes, device configuration errors, or external service adjustments do not mean that the subscription itself has failed.

Users should first check the client version, account status, remaining traffic, system network permissions, and current route. NeeVPN does not guarantee specific websites, applications, content, or connection speeds where results depend on third-party website rules, account region determinations, content licensing, or the user's device environment. To the extent permitted by law, indirect losses, business interruptions, or lost data opportunities are outside the service's liability.

Account Actions, Refunds, and Changes to These Terms

If an account involves resold subscriptions, publicly shared credentials, unlawful use, malicious resource consumption, interference with system operations, or attempts to avoid normal billing procedures, NeeVPN may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate the account. Depending on the risk, NeeVPN may require verification of the user's identity and order ownership through the panel before or after taking action. Account termination does not remove responsibilities incurred before termination.

A full refund may be requested without giving a reason within 60 days after the first payment. Refund requests may be submitted through a user panel ticket so that the account and related payment record can be verified. This commitment applies within the first-payment period stated above; orders outside that scope are handled according to payment status, subscription fulfillment, and these terms.

NeeVPN may update these terms because of service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. The updated version will be published on this page with the last-updated date revised accordingly; significant changes affecting user rights or obligations may be explained in an on-site notice. Continuing to use the service after an update means that you accept the revised content. If different terms conflict, the newer rule issued for the relevant matter will prevail.
