This policy explains what information NeeVPN handles while providing international routes and network acceleration subscriptions, why it is handled, and how users can request access, export, or deletion.
Using the service means that the user has read this policy. Where different features require different data, the scope actually needed by the enabled feature applies. NeeVPN processes data only as necessary to provide accounts, subscriptions, payments, support, and security maintenance.
Information Collected and Its Purpose
NeeVPN registration uses a username and password, with no email address required. The account system processes the username, authentication credentials, and account status to identify login requests, maintain subscription access, and prevent abnormal account use. Passwords are handled by the authentication system and are not displayed as readable text to service staff.
When a user purchases or changes a plan, the service stores order records including the selected plan, amount due, payment status, creation time, completion status, and transaction reference returned by the payment channel. These records support subscription delivery, accounting checks, refund requests, and dispute handling. Text, screenshots, and device environment details voluntarily submitted in support tickets are used only to answer questions and troubleshoot issues.
The marketing website generates usage analytics such as page views, entry pages, browser type, language, and approximate region. This data helps verify that pages work properly, improve content structure, and analyze conversion entry points. Website analytics are kept separate from content transmitted through international routes.
No Logs and Connection Records
NeeVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access or retain domain queries, communication content, or historical lists that could reconstruct browsing activity. The service does not create long-term records linking an account to target websites.
The system may process immediate technical information needed to maintain a connection, such as whether a subscription is valid, whether traffic allowance is available, and whether a route can complete a handshake. This information is used to complete the current connection and enforce account rules, not stored as a browsing activity profile. Persistent connection history is not part of routine retention.
When a user voluntarily submits a troubleshooting ticket, the system may conduct targeted diagnostics based on the information provided. Temporary diagnostic materials are used only to resolve that ticket and are deleted or de-identified once the issue is resolved and no further dispute-handling obligation applies.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to retain login status, interface language, session identifiers, necessary security status, and selected display settings. These mechanisms keep pages functional and prevent users from repeating settings when moving between pages.
Users can clear related data through their browser. After clearing it, login status and interface preferences may expire, requiring another login or selection. If the browser completely disables necessary storage, account verification, plan management, or client download access may not work properly.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
NeeVPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment channel. Payment account details, authorization procedures, and channel-side risk assessments are governed by the privacy rules of the respective provider; NeeVPN does not directly store complete payment credentials.
The service receives only the payment result, amount, transaction status, and reference identifier needed to complete an order. Except to complete payments, provide infrastructure, comply with applicable rules, or handle a request explicitly made by the user, account data is not sold or exchanged with unrelated parties. Service providers performing necessary technical processing may handle data only for the agreed purposes.
Data Retention, Access, and Deletion
Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order and refund records are kept for the periods required for accounting checks, dispute handling, and applicable rules; usage analytics are retained in aggregated or de-identified form. Once the purpose for processing ends, data is deleted, de-identified, or access-restricted.
Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data through the ticket function in the user panel. To prevent someone else from acting on the user’s behalf, account identity verification may be required before processing. After account deletion, service access ends; records that must be retained by law or to handle pending orders, refunds, or disputes are cleared once the relevant purpose ends.
Policy Updates
NeeVPN may revise this policy when service features, data-processing procedures, or applicable rules change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Important changes to the scope of data processing will be explained through a site notice or the user panel.
